Pine Hill Building Co. is a small team of experienced new home builders and sales people. Collectively we have over 70years experience. In that time we have continually learned about the new home construction process and most importantly, the new home construction consumer…YOU!

• 8’ 2-Panel fiberglass front entry doors to be painted the color of your choice and satin nickel handle set
• 9’ sliding patio door in the kitchen and dining areas to provide as much natural light as possible (per plan availability)
• Garage door openers
• Staircase railing on the main staircase
• Flooring allowances generous enough to include Hardwood or Luxury Vinyl Planking in the foyer, kitchen and dining
areas
• Kitchen features to include: kitchen cabinets with soft-close dove-tail drawers, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stainless steel double bowl sink, stainless pull-down faucet, garbage disposal, waterline to the refrigerator.
